Thank you for shopping with Neutrals. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to assist.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Exchange or return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Fees & Processing
Once your request is approved, your exchange will be processed and shipped within 5 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A handling fee of 60 EGP will be deducted from your total.
